Composition and classification of platform structure
 

1. Composition: The platform structure is usually composed of planking, primary and secondary beams, columns, columns, and ladders and railings.

2. Classification: - According to the requirements of use, it can be divided into indoor and indoor platforms, with static load and dynamic load platform, production auxiliary platform, and medium and heavy operation platforms. - According to the different handling methods of the support, the platform structure can also be divided into:

1) Platforms that rest directly on the tripod or ox leg of the plant column, usually functioning as a safe passage or as a simple medium-sized operating platform.

 2) One side is supported on the column of the factory building or the wall of the building, and the other side is provided with a platform of independent columns.

 3) Platforms supported on large equipment.

 4) All are independent platforms.

 For platforms that are subject to large dynamic loads or have heavy weight, the platform should be disconnected from the plant column and supported directly on the independent column.
 

Arrangement of platform structure
 

1. Meet the requirements of the process production operation, and ensure the clearance of traffic and operation. The general clear height should not be less than 1.8M. Protective railings should generally be provided around the platform. The height of the railing is generally 1M. When the platform height is greater than 2M, a skirting board with a height of 100-150mm should be placed under the protective railing. The platform shall be provided with ladders for the upper and lower passages. The width of the ladder shall not be less than 600mm.

 2. When determining the plane size, elevation, beam and column layout of the platform structure, in addition to meeting the requirements for use, the arrangement of beams and columns should also consider the equipment load on the platform and the location of other large concentrated loads and the large diameter industry. Hanging of pipes, etc.;

 3. The layout of the platform structure should be economically reasonable and the transmission force should be directly clear. The layout of the beam should be adapted to its span. When the span of the beam is large, the spacing should also be increased. Make full use of the allowable span of the decking and arrange the beam grid reasonably to obtain better economic results.
